How to digitalize and organize old photos and cluttered photos

1. check for exif data 

ensure image file names are readable

if there are folders never ever mixup its just gonna turn it terrible and frustrating

batch rename using exif data 

then compare duplicates and less clarity ones as higher quality ones always may have exif data 

organize as events or trips or anything 

maybe make personal and family folder 

or just use year sorting

now coming towards no exif / not duplicate / social media shared

now try to read file name sometimes shared date is there 

traceback by viewing similar dates back than shared date
