smb / nfs not visible on machine and often reuire a reboot why ?\ can i reload ? and know if its not connected ? i used smb mount ?

idk what to even write we dont have wol for vms so we use qemu qm start in proxmox what about real datacenters , waht os they run and how they control clusters and shit and what do other os or baremtal servers use how…
